Workshops & Programs
Our flagship program, Course for Presidents®, is where most leaders start. In Course for Presidents, you’ll use Aileron’s proven system for running a thriving business – the DOC System – to diagnose core areas of your business, put together a plan to address areas that need your attention, and adopt a proactive, intentional mindset to lead with confidence and clarity.
Other workshops focus on the core disciplines of professional management, including leadership, people development, culture, strategy, business structure, and organizational performance. Some workshops and programs are designed for business owners and leaders, while others are designed for teams and team members.
Coaching
Leaders who want to deep dive into development areas do so through one-on-one coaching – time with someone who has been in your shoes and helps you move toward your goals.
Community
